So, we make sure our customers can get their hands on our sinks in a snap, and then we’re all hands on deck when you need support.
We’ll service any registered Ozark River Portable Sink, but warrantied products must be in possession by their original owners for warranty service and we don’t sell parts without a sink purchase. This keeps our high-quality standards intact, as well as your sink. If your warranty has expired, no need to worry! We’ll still service your sink with over-the-phone assistance or we’ll make sure you receive the necessary service parts for a modest fee.
